AtiqSoft is not a Pakistan-only house. Companies in these four countries already run the software. A company in any other country can open the same products and ask for that country’s details before the books go live.

Pakistan

Offices in Karachi and Faisalabad

  • Currency is PKR. The invoice carries sales tax, NTN, and STRN.
  • FBR digital invoicing is connected when that company’s own access is ready.
  • The desk and the bill run in Urdu and English.
  • An EhsanBooks subscription is paid by JazzCash or Raast.

United Arab Emirates

VAT invoice in AED

  • Currency is AED. VAT and the company TRN print on the tax invoice.
  • Arabic and English are both available on the bill.
  • Tell us the emirate, the TRN, and whether the shelf price already includes VAT.

Saudi Arabia

VAT invoice in SAR

  • Currency is SAR. VAT prints on the invoice.
  • ZATCA e-invoicing is set when the company needs that phase.
  • Arabic and English. Send the VAT number and the invoice layout the company files.

Egypt

VAT invoice in EGP

  • Currency is EGP. VAT prints on the invoice.
  • Egyptian e-invoicing is set when the company needs it.
  • Arabic and English. Send the tax registration and the invoice the company files.

Any other country

Write the country name. AtiqSoft sets the currency, the tax, the seller number, and the language on that company. You do not have to be in Pakistan, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, or Egypt to use the software.

Currency
The code, the symbol, and whether the amount prints before or after the number.
Tax
The tax name, the rate, and whether the printed price already includes it.
Seller number
NTN, TRN, VAT number, or the registration that country prints on a bill.
Invoice
The title, the language, and the fields that country expects on a tax invoice.
E-invoice
The government portal, if that country requires one, and when the company is ready to connect.
Language
The language on the invoice and on the desk. Arabic, Urdu, and English are already in use.
